Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Nilesh brings over a decade of experience building and leading inside sales and field sales teams.
Nilesh was the founder of Proteans, a recognized leader in outsourced product development services, serving over 100 ISVs world-wide. He helped build the company before it was acquired by Symphony Services. In Symphony, Nilesh helped streamline their global demand generation function.
Nilesh also serves on the advisory and company board of a few start-ups, where he is primarily helping them with sales and marketing strategy.
Nilesh has an engineering degree from Delhi University, and before founding Proteans spent four years in IBM with their microprocessor test tools division.
Sudhakar in his role as President works with multiple clients in consulting roles, and also owns role of Chief Product Officer of LeadSquared, the flagship cloud based marketing software built by MarketXpander. He brings over 14 years of experience in general management, strategy and software development.
Sudhakar, like Nilesh was one of the founders of Proteans and he served there as the CEO. Post the acquisition of Proteans by Symphony Services, he served there as Vice President in the Enterprise Software Business.
Sudhakar has an Electrical Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Prior to founding Proteans, he served in various roles in software development at IBM Global Services (India), Talisma Corporation (now part of Campus Management Corp) and Oracle Software India.
Prashant runs the operations at MarketXpander. He brings with him over 13 years of experience in P&L management, client delivery, strategy and operations.
Prashant was also one of the founders of Proteans and he served there as the COO. Post Symphony acquisition, Prashant ran a $20 million business unit comprising of Energy, Healthcare and Media verticals. He is passionate about process excellence and always focused on execution.
Prashant has a Master’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Applications from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Prior to founding Proteans, he was part of several product development teams in Telesoft (telecom startup), i2 technologies and Oracle Software India.
Senior Manager – Inside Sales
At MarketXpander, he owns and manages multiple client accounts. He is also responsible for training and grooming the sales reps on the floor.
Sai has been selling from the day one of his career. He is very passionate about mastering the art and science of selling. Prior to joining MarketXpander, he had helped companies like AAyuja and Magnus in growing their international business significantly. He started his sales career with Oracle Corporation.
Sai has a Master’s degree in Management from SRM University, Chennai. Currently, he is pursuing Ph.D in Management Sciences from Pacific University, Rajasthan.
Manager – Marketing
Jerry leads the marketing campaign execution and research team at MarketXpander. He also consults on marketing software, and helps businesses leverage technology to generate more revenues.
In the past, he has held various technical, sales & marketing positions in the telecom industry. He has a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from Christ University Bangalore. He has completed an executive program for young professionals (EPYP) from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
